Exams; some students love them and others rather stay clear! While they aren't mandatory in our curriculum, we wholeheartedly recommend them.
Why? Because they are so much more than just a number! They are a test of dedication, commitment and resilience - attributes that are highly regarded in our society.
The journey to an end goal (at any stage in life) is never linear or smooth. For exam students, there will also be times when all the corrections are clicking and everything is making sense, but then there will also be times when it feels hard and it's not working. So how do we want them to respond to such challenges as dancers but also as people?....
