Beginner Adult Ballet
(4-week Course)
Learn essential ballet techniques such as posture improvement, coordination, and mastering arm and body positions. Each lesson builds on the last, progressively advancing your skills.
By the end of the course, you'll be prepared to transition to our Intermediate Adult Ballet classes. You can take the beginner course as needed until you feel confident, with instructors providing personalised feedback.

Intermediate
Adult Ballet Classes
Build on your ballet skills in our Intermediate Adult Ballet classes, tailored for those who already grasp the basics of ballet technique.
This class serves as a natural progression from the beginner courses, offering a more challenging yet supportive environment. Gain a deeper understanding of the intricacies of movement while enjoying a friendly atmosphere to progress your ballet skills.

Meet Your Adult Ballet Teacher
Elizabeth Chapman
​Elizabeth Chapman is a Boorloo/Perth based dance artist who graduated from LINK Dance Company in 2023. Elizabeth grew up in Sydney studying at Newtown Highschool of the Performing Arts before training at WAAPA where she had the pleasure of performing works by Kynan Hughes, Adelina Larsson Mendoza, Michael Whaites, Laura Boynes, Anouk van Dijk, and Emma Fishwick. Elizabeth most recently performed in Raewyn Hill’s Architect of the Invisible with Co3 which spurred on her passion about energy and connecting with different people through dance.
